Friday Fragments

Joining up with Mrs. 4444's Friday Fragments

This week had it's ups and downs.

  • My best friend's son, Zak has played hockey with Brandon for five years.  This year Zak tried out for a new team.
    • Great opportunity for Zak. I am very excited for him!
    • I am going to miss sitting in the stands with my BFF routing for our boys.
  • Brandon has an opportunity to try out for a new team.
    • Great opportunity for Brandon. I am excited for him too!
    • Brandon told me last night he changed his mind and doesn't want to do it.
  • Some of the children in my child care service will be going to Pre-K in September.
    • I wont be as stressed with less children.
    • The loss of income has me worried.
  • I love Vampire Diaries!
    • I was able to download the current season on iTunes.
    • What in the world will I do when the season is over and have to wait until September for the new season to begin!

  2. Does this mean that Zak and Brandon might be facing off someday? If that happens will you be sitting next to your BFF?
Go find a vampire. I don't really know where they hang out. Back in my day, they were transformed bats and really did hang out.

    1. Yes, it is possible they will. They would both be a Tier 1 team. Yes, I will sit next to my BFF. LOL

  6. Happy weekend Tami!

You might enjoy a few fewer students. Take a short break with fewer children. There will be more, I just know it!

  7. Hope your son changes his mind. May be exciting to take that leap into the unknown. My BFF has 6 she watches. When they leave the nest, new ones seem to fill in the empty spots, so her income stays the same. maybe it will work that way for you? nevr saw The Vampire show. I must be living in the dark ages. LOL Take care.

    1. The Vampire Diaries reminds me of a Soap Opera, only with vampires and werewolves. LOL

  8. I love the idea behind this list because I do the whole pro/con, +/- thing in my head about stuff as a way to process!

I felt/feel the same way when True Blood finishes a season. Typically, I just find something else that is a MUST watch!

Hope you have a fabulous Monday!
