*Flyers had an embarrassing loss against the Penguins on Wednesday evening. 10-3 OUCH!
*I bought a Coleman 13 x 13 backyard shade canopy. I want to shade an area where the kids play. It requires two people to put it together. I decided to try it myself. (I am a very impatient person and couldn't wait a few mere hours until my husband got home). While I was extending it, two poles bent in a horrible fashion and snapped off. My bad!
Now I have to return it and try again… this time with my husband.
* I volunteered to be the 'team manager' for Brandon's upcoming hockey team. I am an organizational freak, so this is right up my alley!
* My husband surprised me this week and brought home a sexy pair of high heel sandals. I LOVE HIM and LOVE THE SHOES!
Have a fabulous weekend!

Your husband has GREAT taste in shoes. I love them, I want them.
ReplyDeleteKohls. Very comfortable too!
DeleteFlyers have the series basically wrapped up. I hope the Pens at least make it competitive though.
ReplyDeleteWow, your husband buys you shoes? He's a keeper!
ReplyDeleteYes, he is definitely a keeper!
DeleteSorry about your team losing.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your shoes!
Your toenails are purple; That means I guessed right on Spring Toes! LOL
Have a nice day. :)
Just a hypothetical question -- If at some future date your husband were to angry you (very unlikely I know, guys are typically perfect) would you remember he was buyer of those shoes and therefore never throw them at him?
ReplyDeleteI would consider buying my wife flip-flops since they are soft.
I tend to get very impatient with things like that too and I never read the manual...until it's too late. Oops!
ReplyDeleteLOVE those shoes! And he got your size right and everything. Now that's impressive.
Those shoes are SO cute! I wish I could wear something like that...my luck I'd break an ankle! Ha ha!
ReplyDeleteQuite certain I'd have done the same with the canopy : ) Love the shoes!
ReplyDeleteWow, your husband is a good man to buy you shoes!!!
ReplyDeleteLOVING your new sandals!
ReplyDeleteOf course, I'm too old to wear those now - - - they KILL my feet.
Great shoes!!!!! I suck at putting that kind of stuff together...prolly would have done the same thing.
ReplyDeleteAwesome shoes....way to go Todd! I loved Bill's comment hee hee! Sorry about the game! Have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteI thought of you when I saw the score. Ouch indeed! Come on Flyers! You can do it! Hoping that my Blues can finish off the Sharks tonight. I have family in from out of town who will be expecting to watch the Cardinals game (on at the same time as the hockey game). I told them to expect some channel flipping during every commercial break. ha!
ReplyDeleteThat was a tough game to watch. I am such a believer in Karma and I posted something negative about one of the Penguins players on facebook...lol Hopefully Sunday is the night.
ReplyDeleteThe Phillies game was interesting last night. I recorded it..in case I fell asleep..but a few strange things happened so I was able to stay awake.
I LOVE finding other Philadelphia fans too!!
