Sad

Is there a time in your life that you regret something you have done, or didn't do?

Or you have not thanked the people you should have?

Not fully appreciated the things someone has done for you or the opportunities they gave you?

Crestfallen over someone lost to you? Someone you never said 'I love you' when you had the chance.

This song 'Sad', by Maroon 5, reminds me of someone who is regretful over the choices they may or may not have made.

Do you remember the good memories that they have left in you as a reminder that you are loved for who you are?

Don't you think that it's natural to appreciate the good after you have experienced life without them?

It is so much better to appreciate the good things you have while you still have them.  Begin each day by counting your many blessings.  Pay particular attention to those you may take for granted.

Don't be sad.

    1. I like the song a lot. Adam has such a unique voice. You are right, we don't appreciate what we have while we are young.

  2. It's so easy to expect, no matter how silly, that the good in our lives will never change. We will always have tomorrow. As your great post points out Tami, all to often, tomorrow does not come.
    Thanks for the reminder!

    1. I tend to speak my mind a little too much. Biting my tongue was a hard lesson to learn.

    1. I downloaded the latest album from iTunes and fell in love with the song right away. I usually just buy songs that I like and not the entire album. I was glad I did this time! :D

  8. Oh it's so hard to move forward and have no regrets. I do my best though - I love the idea that yesterday is gone and all we can focus on is today. But I certainly hope that some of what I does it appreciated by people somewhere along the way ;)
