My crooked teeth would have benefited from braces but they were not very common when I was a teen. We had one daughter that had them. You should post a picture - they cost so much.
That photo reminds me of how much fun it is to see students flash-forward from middle school (when I have them or at least see them) to when I bump into them when they're in high school; the transformation is always fun to notice.
I had braces as a teen, but within the last five years or so my teeth have gone crooked again. I am seriously thinking of getting them again. I am very self conscious of my smile. :(

Both of my kids wore braces too. Stock up on ice cream and wax for those pesky brackets. Good luck!

he'll be thankful one day! My mom finally got braces in her 50's -- was a lot harder than.
