PANKO-CRUSTED OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 1/4 lbs, sliced)
1 egg
1 cup panic
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper


DIRECTIONS

slice chicken breast into stripes. season with salt and pepper.

In one bowl, whisk eggs with some salt and pepper. 
In another container or ziploc bag combine panko, paprika, sale and pepper.

brush sheet pan with some oil.

dip chicken into eggs and then toss into panko mix.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until chicken is done and golden.
