Drip Drop

These photos were taken in May by my son, Brandon.  He was working on a school photo project, which was to take a picture capturing a dynamic black and white.  Brandon didn't like the way these photos turned out in black and white and never used them in class.  I like the photos just the way the are.  They capture the rainy month of May that we had.

Longing for Spring

Yes, I think Ellie Mae is tired of the piles and piles of snow we have gotten the winter.
We are both looking forward to spring arriving soon!

Taste the Rainbow

It has been raining for at least two weeks, if not more. Someone mentioned it felt like London. I think it felt more like we should be making reservations on Noah's Ark. Today was no different, it was pouring - then the sun would come out - it would rain again - then the sun would come out. {argh} By 8pm it was cloudy, but nice enough to sit outside on the porch and enjoy the cool air. While we were out, all of a sudden a huge rainbow appeared! I have never seen one so big and beautiful before. This picture does not do it justice. You could actually see six or seven colors. Amazing! I am hoping this is a sign from God that the next few days will be sunny!!

Toes

I recently got a pedicure. The color I picked out was thanks to another blogger. Please forgive me ~ I don't remember which blog! I just remember how awesome her toes looked when she got them done! So if you see this blog ~ and they are your toes ~ please take credit for this fabulous color!!
