Borders Book Store

One of Todd's friends gave me a gift card for the book store because he knows I love to read. Wednesday evening I took Ahren and Brandon to the book store. We picked out $60.00 worth of reading materials. - I went up to the register to pay and the cashier said she couldn't take the card. Duh! The gift card was for Barnes and Noble and we were at Borders! Boy did I feel like an idiot! It didn't help that Brandon was next to me saying "Way to go Mom." I was too embarrassed to put the books back, so I paid.

4 pretty purplexing comments:

  1. I love spending time in Barnes and Noble. I do most of my reading in the summer while laying in the sun. Enjoy your books!

  3. I just bought "Daughter of York" by Anne Easter Smith. I haven't started it yet, so I'll have to let you know if I like it or not. I recommend Diana Gabaldon. See the other post I have about "Outlander".
