Thanksgiving Day

Miss Ellie Mae is eyeing up the turkey.
I cooked a 25lb turkey in a turkey roaster.
It's so much easier using the roaster because it frees up the oven for the casseroles I make.
My hubby has the job of carving the turkey.
Some hungry guys are waiting for the yummy turkey.
Everyone pitches in and brings side dishes and dessert.
This turkey had huge legs.
Brandon's favorite part of the turkey is the legs.
Thanksgiving wouldn't be complete without my nieces and nephew making crafts.
Morgan read Thanksgiving books to Tyce.
From my family to yours:
Happy Thanksgiving!

  1. Looks like you had a great time. Happy thanksgiving!

  2. WOW! It looks like an amazing holiday! I love the crafts part.. how I wish that was part of my holiday traditions as a kid… Thank you so much for the comment you left me.. I have no words to express how much it meant to me...

  3. I didn't have that kind of childhood. I think that's why it's important to me to make my children, nieces, nephews, preschoolers (etc) have those things.
I'm glad you saw the comment I left. I meant every word!

  4. The the turkeys the kids colored. We did a 23 lb. turkey but luckily I have two ovens. It was so delicious. Your meal looks so yummy and I'm so glad you had such a nice day!

  5. looks like a wonderful holiday with your lovely family! that turkey looks delish!! why do we only have turkey twice a year? I really should cook one more often.
